Founded in 2013, Good Work combines on-site coaching, life-skills training, and support from mentors, to see youths through a 10-week work trial. The experience helped the mentees gain self-confidence, and also to learn more about themselves and their direction in life. This programme was funded by Club21 and Mastercard – Purchase with a Purpose, and co-organised with Lakeside Family Service Centre and Good Company Pte Ltd.
